National Engineer Week.  Chocolate icing with butter cake inside.  I must say I didn't even know there was such a week until now:)  But hey any reason is a good reason for cake!

To all my wonderful cake followers: With a heavy heart I have to say that although I "slowed down" taking cake orders over the summer, I have decided that it just wasn't enough. So I (we, family) has decided that I will be taking a break from making cakes so I can have more time to spend with my family. Time is flying by and Emily is growing up so fast that I feel like I am missing alot with her. Thank you for watching my page and ordering cakes from me. I loved each and every one of the the cakes I did and really did put my heart into them all. Thanks again!

The Cat in the Hat Cake

And I hope they raise a lot of money for this fundraiser! Good Luck everyone!
