Destiny and Matt's Black and White Wedding Cake

This cake was done for a beautiful couple that had a black and white wedding theme. The bow on top had glitter on it along with a little dusting of glitter on the black layers. The camera did not pick up on that in the picture. When we set up the cake, the room was still pretty dark. And did I mention this cake was in the VERY center of the room!!! No pressure! It was a gorgeous reception area! The place was decorated beautifully!

Twilight New Moon Eclipe Breading Dawn Cake

This an all butter cream cake for a Twilight lover.  Our friend's birthday was this weekend and I made her the Twilight series books in cake.

Star Trek Cake

This cake was done for a friend that just turned 50!  His wife called and ask if we can make a Star Trek cake for him with the star ship on it and the Live Long and Prosper saying.  I have never watched a Star Trek show in my life but I said yes anyway!  Good thing my husband knew what she was talking about!  He is the one that made the space ship on top.  I think he did a great job!  Thanks honey.

Buzz Lightyear Cake

This is a Buzz Lightyear  cake made with the star tip and butter cream icing.  This was a birthday cake for a little boy. 

My 40th Birthday Cake

This is my 40th birthday cake that Jay and Emily designed and make all by themselves!!!! I had NO idea what it was going to be. They kept it a secret from me very well. I even tried to get it out of Emily a couple of times but she wouldn't budge! Thank you Jay and Emily, I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH!!!!! I love my cake!!!

Zebra Poka Dot 12th Birthday Cake

This is a birthday cake for a 12 year old girl that loves girly things.  This cake is butter cream with fondant accents.  The #12 has black glitter on it  to bling it out but the camera didn't pick up on it very well.

WWE John Cena and Mysterio Cake

This WWE cake is all edible minus the wrestling figures. 

Dirt Bike and Monster Engery Drink Logo Cake

This cake has a picture of the boy and his dirt bike.  He also wanted the Monster Logo with the lime green icing.  The picture and logos are all edible.

Lime Green Zebra Cake

This is a butter cream covered cake with fondant zebra stripes.  I wish the picture really showed how neon green this cake was.  I love the neon green color! 

Wedding Cake

This wedding cake was made with butter cream icing and scroll working piped around it.  Their color for the wedding was green so I wrapped a green ribbon around each tier. 

2011 ICES Convention in Charlotte, NC

This is just a few of the awesome cake/sugar artist that I got to meet at this years ICES Convention in Charlotte.  This was the whos who of the cake world!  They were all so nice and sweet when they were asked to take a picture with me (and anyone else that asked too).  I had the best time there.  It was so inspiring to see so many beautiful cakes.  It really got the creative juices flowing.  I am already looking forward to next year!  Do you think me husband will let me go to Reno, NV for the next one??!!  We'll see:)
