To all my wonderful cake followers: With a heavy heart I have to say that although I "slowed down" taking cake orders over the summer, I have decided that it just wasn't enough. So I (we, family) has decided that I will be taking a break from making cakes so I can have more time to spend with my family. Time is flying by and Emily is growing up so fast that I feel like I am missing alot with her. Thank you for watching my page and ordering cakes from me. I loved each and every one of the the cakes I did and really did put my heart into them all. Thanks again!

The Cat in the Hat Cake

This cake is for the Catholic High School "Right to Read" Cake Contest. This topsy turvy cake is covered in fondant and I hand sculpted Fish. I also airbrushed pearl coloring on the blue tier to make it shimmer. I hope it make a "big splash" with the kids tomorrow! And I hope they raise a lot of money for this fundraiser! This cake is a birthday cake representing a video game. (I don't know, don't ask me. I never heard of it before now) But Logan loves the game so I did my best to do a cake special for him! He loved it and that is all that matters. It is covered in fondant squares.

This cake was for the Wood County Christian Wildcats Cheerleaders! The icing on this cake is cream cheese icing.

St. Patrick's Day Birthday Cake

This is a St. Patrick's Day Birthday Cake I did for a friend at work. Her daughter was born on St. Patty's Day so they always celebrate her birthday with that theme. The cake is covered in buttercream icing and the bow is made of fondant.
