This cake is for the Catholic High School "Right to Read" Cake Contest. This topsy turvy cake is covered in fondant and I hand sculpted Fish. I also airbrushed pearl coloring on the blue tier to make it shimmer. I hope it make a "big splash" with the kids tomorrow! And I hope they raise a lot of money for this fundraiser!
