4th of July Cake

This is my first attempt at my new toy,  edible paper!  I can see that I can do a lot of different things with it.  I already have a lot of ideas that I can use for the edible paper.  To match the ripples in the flag I tried doing ruffles down the side of the cake.  I didn't think it turned out too bad for my first attempt.  Practice makes perfect!

Ramblers Cheer leading Cake

I made this cake for a friend of Emily's on her squad.  She just turned 7 and she is into cheer leading.  I made the megaphone from carved cake and the pom poms were made from cake too.

Andrea and Seth's Wedding Cake

I had the pleasure to make a wedding cake for a very sweet couple.  Seth is a fireman and Andrea had designed a cake on paper with ladders, ropes and personal items that represented them.  Everyone loved the cake!
