Emily's Own Creation

This is Emily's creation for her birthday!  I told her she can design and decorate her cake for the bowling party all by herself.  This is what she came up with!  She made the pig from "Angry Bird" all by herself, out of fondant and rice treats.  Then she wanted to make a "Kiss" to put on the cake too.  She also made that all by herself!  So daddy dubbed this cake "Hugs and Kisses for Emily's 8th Birthday"

M&M Cake

This was my daughter's 8th birthday cake!  I asked her what kind of cake she wanted for her birthday and she said M&M's.  Where she came up with that idea I have no clue.  So I decided to make an M&M bag that looks like it was ripped open and all the M&Ms pouring out of it and make the characters to go with it.  All the M&M characters are hand made and all edible.  Needless to say she LOVED it.  The look on her face was priceless!

Baby's First Birthday Cake and Smash Cake

This was for a cute little boy's 1st birthday.  The smaller cake was his smash cake just for him!

Birthday/Graduation/Congratulations Cake

Well this is my "three way" cake!  A friend called and asked if I was up for a challenge of putting three different themes onto one cake.  Of course I said yes!  He wanted a Birthday cake for his wife, but she also just graduated from college and just got a position as a professor in another college.  Well this is what I came up with and they loved it!

Japan Goodbye Cake

This cake was made for a girl that graduated from college and is moving back to Japan.  Her name is Yuri and the symbols above her name is Japanese for sayonara.

Scooby Doo Cake

A birthday cake for a little boy that loves Scooby Doo!  This is the first cake that I tried the two-toned colors on a cake.  I really liked how it looks.  It really looks good with the 70's cartoon.

4th of July Cake

This is a 4th of July cake that I am taking to a cook out this evening.

Sheet Cake for 40th Anniversary

I made a sheet cake to add to the other cake because they wanted the other cake to be like a center piece and to serve the sheet cake first. But I stayed with the same theme as the round cake so it would look pretty too.

40th Anniversary Cake

This cake was made for a couple that has been married 40 years!  Congratulations!  The color for 40 years is ruby so I made fondant flowers in ruby color with some petal dust for highlights and cascaded them down the front of the cake.

Tony & Daphane's Wedding Cake

Here is Tony and Daphane's 4th of July Wedding cake.  I think the little wedding ant couple is cute!  The pillars have red white and blue star confetti in them.  And the star topper in etched with their names and date on it.
